Losing downloaded songs - offline mode to online

I don't remember how many times I had to download all my songs because always that I switch from 'offline mode - online mode - offline mode' I lose all them!!!

I don't know wether other people have this problem or not, but I am just tired! I pay for this service and lose my songs all the time. I'm really minding to use Deezer from now on.

This is obviously a big problem now. Spotify don't seem to be listening to their customers anymore. I'm going to switch to Deezer now and give them £9.99 per month instead.

Welcome to Spotify Community. It looks like this is an isolated issue, but since you're experiencing it, you may want to completely delete the Spotify app to start fresh. This will require you to sync your songs again. Worth a try though 🙂

this is not an isolated issue. It has been happening to me for the last few years on different devices. I have tried reinstalling spotify. this does not help
