Losing music downloads

Recently myself and my wife have had issues with losing all of our song down loads when logging out of wifi. I logged out of wifi and all my songs were gone, I reset the app and all my songs returned but they were not downloaded. So I had/have to re download 1000+ songs just on both our phones. Could this be a recent update issue? This just started happening in the last week

I know that everytime I reset the app on either my computer or my phone, all my saved songs have to redownload. I think that just has to do with the device storage itself. 

In regards to logging out of the wifi, are you sure that all the songs were downloaded before you logged out of the wifi? I know that sometimes if I interrupt the download process, it restarts when I reconnect to any Wifi.

It just seems odd that this only just started to happen. I've had no issue
up to this point. I've had all my songs downloaded for a while, don't
understand why they all of a sudden re download. I have plenty of storage
on my SD card.
