Lost 3/4 of music after being logged off of account

Help!!  I was logged out of my spotify account on my phone when I relogged in after password reset. I am missing 3/4 of my music on all my devices and the artists still there all say I am now just following them, no saved albums.  Curiously the music remaining is both stuff I saved long ago as well as very resently.   I looked under my account info and it says I can restore deleted playlists.   I don't use many playlist but the ones I did have are available to restore.  Is there a way I can restore all my saved music. Please help!  Thanks Matt!!!
