Lost access

Lost access

I have tried to access music on sonos and it says access to Spotify lost and is deleting my playlists.  What do I do.

Hi @491,

 

Please clear the queue (if populated), then remove your Spotify account from Sonos and restart the router and all Sonos products by unplugging the power cables for about ten seconds.

 

Then re-add your Spotify account and let me know if you're still having trouble.
