Hi there,

 

I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

It's possible that your student discount has expired. No worries though, you can renew it here and switch your plan back to Premium Student. If you need any help, this article will guide you through the process.

 

When you've reapplied the student discount on your account, you will receive an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility. In it you'll find a link which finalizes the process and changes your plan to Premium Student.
