My Question or Issue

i have bought a mini for a week on 19th october, but when i started to download they said "device limit reached" although i just have had a phone and a laptop, but the mini plan was just on mobile only. Then i have purchased an individual one on 20th october, when i checked my plan it said my mini was 37 days more????
