Music being erased for no reason

Hello,

I have downloaded about 2GB of music with my Premium Account. The problem is that today I just found in the application that my songs and lists were not downloaded, even though I checked out the application data size, which was still around 2GB.

Now I have to re-download my songs again and this doesn't make any sense.

Why did this happen? How can I avoid it from not happening again? Do I really have to download again although my music "is" still there?

PD: My device is a new (< 1 month of usage) Moto G4 Plus running Android 6.0 Marshmalllow

By the way, this site says I'm not premium, but I'm my phone is actually downloading the songs... What is hapenning?

This community is useless. I have the same problem but in my case the app in my phone tells me that other items have music downloaded.
