Music data wont delete

I've been trying to delete all my saved albums from my spotify profile so I can start brand new. I've used the "delete cache" method, deleted all the storage from my phone itself and have even uninstalled the app and re downloaded it, but every time I log back in all the music is there again. It's driving me crazy, please help

Your library is stored on Spotify's servers so you can:

1. Remove the albums one at a time on android or in batches on the desktop client.
2. Make a new account.
3. Contact spotify to see if they can reset your account.
