Music deletes after a short period of time

I have recently signed up for a spotify premium account and thought it would be great as I had seen it on friends phones.

I installed it initially on my Samsung Galaxy S6 and thought it was great until the music I had downloaded was not available offline...the box was ticked.. I redownloaded and the sae happened again.

I then tried it on my partners phone a HTC one M9 and exactly the same happens!! download all the music hit the make music available offline button and within an hour or so all the music has disappeared and gone grey!!

Can you advise me please as I am seriously thinking of deleting my account after only having it a couple of days......

That is all I get in the screenshot after I've just downloaded all then songs.....again
