Music isn't available

Music isn't available

I can access to my account but all music isn't working and all playlists are empty.

Could you provide a bit more info on what's happening on your end? Are your playlists missing/empty, or do you experience playback issues? A short screen recording which captures the behavior in action would be greatly appreciated. 

 

Also, is this only with the mobile app? Could you check if everything looks good on the desktop app / Web Player?

 

If your music is missing, you might have accidentally logged in to another account. You'll find more info on how to locate the correct one in this article.
