Music not playing on the phone

Music not playing on the phone

When I go out and try to listen in particular to Crim3s through my phone connected to the phone's network it starts playing the songs...  but then at some point they stop playing. If I change the song from the same artist it starts playing and then again stops. If I change artist it plays well. It only happens with Crim3s. Very weird. On the desktop-app I don't have this problem, I can listen to Crim3s with no issue.

 

This happens when listening through the phone regardless of the connection (cell-network or wifi).

Welcome to the Community, thanks for reaching out about this. 

 

Have you already tried performing a clean reinstall of the app on your phone? This can be helpful for clearing any cache that might be causing this issue and it's different than simply reinstalling.

 

Does the playback stop on the first track you choose form that artist or after a certain amount of songs have already played? If the later, is it always the same number of songs? Can you check if you have Autoplay enabled in your app Settings on the phone?

 

If possible, can you check if you experience the same issues on a different mobile device and try with another account too?
