Music suggested in the free version

Music suggested in the free version

Hi, I noticed that on my Android device even if I reach in the free version 15 songs per playlist which is the minimum required to avoid Spotify you recommend its music I still receive suggestions, when I tend to exceed 20 instead I know that they are absent, therefore the minimum limit for not having suggestions is 20 and not 15?

I have also recently noticed that it is possible to add the same song twice in a playlist lately even if I have to say that I am not taking advantage of this possibility, in this case the song is considered as if it were a different song? So if I make a playlist with 20 times the same song I will have the infinite loop as in the premium version?

Hey @Davide94,

Thanks for reaching out here and welcome to the Community!

When you're on Spotify free, we’ll continue to suggest tracks and artists for your playlists as you create and edit them, no matter how many songs they already contain. The more you listen, the better the suggestions will become.

The minimum of 15 songs only applies for tracks that are saved in Your Library when you "like" them. If you have less than 15 songs in your Favorite Songs, we'll add more songs. You will see a message telling you that the extra songs were added by us, but they can be replaced by adding more songs.

Hope this info is useful. Let us know if you have any other questions 🙂
