Can you let us know what steps you've tried so far, so that we don't suggest things that you've already tested? Screenshots of what you see when you try logging in will be very helpful to our investigation as well.

In the meantime, if you see your issue in some of the categories listed here, do not hesitate to follow the steps in the article. 

It'd also be great if you clean reinstall Spotify to clear any old files that might be causing issues.
