My Spotify downloads music everytime I start it

Im a premium user of Spotify for a long time. Recently I got a new android phone and started to download some playlists I Had. The problem is that every time I start the app it always downloads music that was already downloaded. It starts with some songs but if for any kind of situation I dont let it download, it erases the other songs that were available until it erases all my music. Please fix that bug because it makes impossible to use the offline service you offer.

Hi there! The best course of action here would be to try a clean reinstallation of the application.

Just tríed. I erased the data and reinstallled the app(i followed the intructions posted here for a clean reinstalltion). After being all day waiting to redownload my hole music collection, it just took one phone reboot to eliminate 189 songs of it...

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
