Hey @Nathalie17!

 

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

To turn off the Offline Mode, just head to Settings > Playback > Offline Mode and switch the toogle off.

ill give Spotify a week to call me so I can talk to someone. If not I'm cancelling the service.
