My Question or Issue

My account doesn't have some features that I used to have like queue, previous track and skipping a song to the middle

This is only to my account

I tried in other devices

And the issue continues

I tried a different account and it has all the features 

Please help me 

I really need my music

Not that queue and previous track option is not available in the first pic and add to queue option is not available in the second

We can confirm that this is being tested for free users. We’re always testing possible improvements and new features, so you might see something on the app that other users don't, or in this case, miss a feature like the option to add to the queue and the previous track/skip buttons.
