My autoplay won't work on Samsung Galaxy S20

Hello everyone, 

I just got a new phone, a Samsung galaxy s20 and I can't make the autoplay work no matter what I do. 

I've already uninstalled and installed the app, cleaned data, changed battery settings, permission settings, data settings, everything that I saw in blogs and YouTube videos, but it simply didn't work...

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do?
