My Question or Issue

So...today I had an internet connection with my Spotify app. Even though my connection was good, WiFi and mobile data worked perfectly well but my Spotify app kept telling me it was offline. I reboot my phone but it didn't change anything. So I thought maybe I could uninstall the app and reinstall it again.

Successfully uninstalled it but problem I couldn't reinstall it.

I couldn't find Spotify on Google play store anymore. Looked it up on Google and clicked on the link that lead me back to Google play store and it said that device wasn't compatible!

How is that possible? I haven't traveled anywhere. I haven't touched anything?

I have a premium account and live in a French territory...

I've tried clicking on the link that allows people to manually download the app but I can't download it still...

Please someone help?

Hey there @Hinaiti,

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community 🙂

The troubleshooting steps you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add a few more.

Can you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue.

If you're using an SD card, you can remove it, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD. Does the issue persist?

Keep us in the loop! If you have questions, you know where to find us.
