My Question or Issue

My earbuds have a button for opening spotify but it dosent work

Hey @Arvin4, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

I would recommend a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. You can also make sure that your device is up to date. Since the earbuds are not owned or operated by Spotify, there is no guarantee that the button on the earbuds will work to open the application.
