My gift card could not redeem

Firstly, I felt very frustrated with spotify. All the information on customer support shown on website is useless!! I bought a gift card tonight, my gift card PIN number is started with INC, after I entered the code, it shown 'unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be not valid. Please try again later or contact customer service' ! I could not find any way to contact customer service ...please kindly advise what I could do!

Hello. This thread is relevant and Spotify is aware of the issue. To contact support click the link. Note that if you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no reply address) and support will get back to you as soon as possible.Hope this helps, and best of luck!

I cannot believe spotify customer support is so messy! Firstly I went to website customer support to report my case, then I received a email guiding me to here the community. After I read the relevant topics, it is ridiculous that I found so many people had the same case with mine! To be honest, Is Spotify trying to push customers not choosing their service?

Finally I can redeem my gift card in this morning. Hope it will not happen again as Spotify brings me great music and I do really enjoy it! Wish all of u all the best !!
