My liked songs on the spotify app has disappeared but it shows up on desktop

After the recent update to the spotify app on android the songs in my liked songs no longer show up. I downloaded the spotify lite app to check if I would have the same issue and I did. I also checked on my windows PC and it shows up there.

Hi there, thanks for asking in the community. There are a few steps you could try to fix this easily:

• Go to Spotify.com, and go to your account.
• Scroll down and click on Sign Out Everywhere.
• This will log you out everywhere and you will need to download your content offline again.
• After this, uninstall the Spotify App and clean install using this guide.
• Sign in and check if it is working as expected.
• Also, make sure that you are not using any VPN or DNS service.

Hi, thank you for the help I was able to speak with a spotify agent about the issue and I ended up having to make a new account and they transfered my information from my old account to the new one.
