My offline music and my saved albums disappeared from my cel.

Hi! I'm a Premium user and I'm having a problem with the music on my Android cell.

My offline music and my saved albums have disapeared and is not the first time it happens. Other times have happened that online my offline music dissapeared. It should not happen, of course, but...OK I downloaded again. But this issue keep occuring and this time my saved albums have dissapear too. So is at least strange. The "funny" thing is that my saved albums appear when I used spootify from my Mac.

Also in my cell I storage the music on my SD, and because of the spaced occupied on it I think that the music is still there, but it just wont appear.

Android Version: 4.4.4

Spotify version: 2.9.0.890

By the way, I'm sure I'm not log in a diferent account and I have already try restarting my phone. Re instaling the app would be the last option 'cause that would deffenetly erased all my dowloaded music.

Firstkly check the section regarding offline files not saving which asks about cache cleaners etc. But I fear a clean install may be required.

I'm having the exact same issue as the original poster. 

The solution suggested here is to reinstall the android app. I have done so, however I have since lost my offline download of my spotify trackes (both local files and spotify files). There has to be a logical explanation as to why there is a loss of all saved files on my android.

I have the same problem and its the 3rd time for me that I lost my Music Downloads.
Only one Playlist that I have downloaded remained on my phone and because I had around 50 albums on my phone, it takes a while to download everything over again. So for me that cant be the solution to download everything over and over again. Is there no other way?

the same keeps happening to me, in particular when i connect my phone to my car via bluetooth and i dont really know how to explain it, it seems there isnt an actual answer to it

I am getting this issue too. Have been for a while now. It gets really annoyign when going to listen to an album to find its not available!

Has anyone found a fix for this yet?
