My phone don't synchronise locals files in my computer

Hi,

I use frecently locals files downloaded from YouTube in .mp3 on my computer because the sounds aren't in Spotify. These locals files were synchronised with my phone, so I could listen them everywere. But since now one month some of my old locals files were unsynchronised in my phone and new files couldn't be synchronised.

On my computer there is no problems and locals files are synchronised but on my phone it not the case. My computer and my phone are on the same internet source and I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone. But now I lose the sync with all my locals files on my phone and I can't resync them. How can I fix this problem ?
