My search results don't include local files. How do I fix it?

I can see and play my local files through the app, but I don't get them in my search result.
I'm using Android.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

In this case, we can confirm that this is expected behavior. When you're using the search option, the app doesn't include your local files within the results. You can find them in Your Library > Local Files folder.

We understand where you're coming from and why you'd like to see this implemented in the app. If you create a playlist that only contains local files, when searching for it in the search bar, the app will include all the playlists you've created, no matter if they contain local files or not. This is not the same when searching for individual local file tracks.

You can also search for a specific local file by going to Your Library > Local Files folder> scrolling down. There you can find a search bar within the folder, so you can find any file you're looking for. It looks like this:
