My songs can not sync between my phone(android pie) and computer(win10 store)

I log in same account on the computer and phone,but the songs can't be sync these two.

This issus begin yesterday.

Do you have the same issus?HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUS?

Is offline mode disabled in both applications?

In case you mean local songs you have saved on your PC locally as *.MP3 file or something similar: unfortunately, it is not possible to sinc these to your phone for now

thx for your help.I uninstall the app and download spotify in store.This problem has been solved.
