My spotify is stuck at the premium offers page

Hey, I don't want to purchase a premium account but my app has been stuck on the premium offers page for months and I cannot access to any other features of the app. I've already tried deleting my cache, login in and out plus deleting the app and re installing spotify

In this case, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you're running there?

On another note, would you mind sending us a screenshot or video recording of the described behavior? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google drive and make it public, so we can visualize it. That way we can better visualize the described behavior.

Lastly, did you notice if this started to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? If yes, please send us the details.
