No SD Card Data

No SD Card Data

I checked today and all the songs I had downloaded are not stored anymore. I look in settings and see that the option to change storage location is not even greyed out, it's completely gone. I check the SD card, and it says 8.0 GB used, when I try to delete the old data, it doesn't let me. It wouldn't even let me format it. Now, I can't download songs to the SD card, and my SD card is all **bleep**ed up now.

Hey @dadboogie!

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

We're sorry to hear that. Can you go to Settings > Apps > Spotify > Permissions > and give Spotify "Storage" permission? If that doesn't work, does removing the SD card, reinstalling the app, then reinserting the SD card help?

We'll be right here.
