No baja carpetas que tengo almacenadas en memoria teléfono

Tengo todo bajado y no consigo reproducir. Tengo offline activado. Y se vive actualizando y gastando datos innecesarios.
En conclusión: no puedo escuchar las carpetas

Just to confirm, you created some folders on the desktop app/web player, then you downloaded them on your phone, but they won't play? 

If so, could you send us a screenshot of how they're displayed on your phone? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Additionally, we'd like to know if they don't play when the app is connected to the Internet either. 

Lastly, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your phone?
