My Question or Issue

despite having the active cellular network and no data restrictions, the app blocks every 2/3 songs as if it had no internet, yet the other apps work at the same time with the internet. This serious problem has been going on for months, I wrote to spotify customer service several times but nothing. It is solved only by installing a version a year ago or using a vpn (the spotify customer service gives the usual answers saying it's my provider's fault). In Italy everyone is complaining in the spotify comments in the playstore, we are not the only ones yet they do nothing.
