Ya intentaste descargar el contenido a la memoria interna? o a una tarjeta de memoria diferente?
Estoy en el mismo problema, he reinstalado la aplicacion descargado y borrado de nuevo las canciones pero sigue fallando. Solo se reproduce si estoy en modo online o si previamente escucho esa cancion y luego pongo el offline, es decir (en caché)
Estoy muy decepcionado con este servicio DE PAGO
Ir a Settings > Playback.
Activa la opción Offline Mode.
He reinstalado la aplicacion varias veces, descargo mis playlists y todas las canciones me aparecen con la flecha verde pero si me desconecto de internet no me deja reproducir nada, las canciones aparecen en gris pero con la flecha verde y me dice que estoy sin conexion a internet, luego intento ponerlo en modo offline y pasa lo mismo, no me deja reproducir pero ahora la alerta dice que no puedo reproducir porque estoy en modo offline. Se supone que para esto pago ¿No?

We appreciate the troubleshooting you've done so far, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use these steps for a clean reinstall? They are more thorough than a regular one. That way you can make sure the cache is not causing this issue.
If the issue persists, could you include in your next response the OS version and Spotify version you're currently running in your device? This will give us a better look at the issue.
