Spotify cannot connect to WiFi, mobile data works fine. 

Tried reinstalling the app, with and without SD card, restarted WiFi router and my phone several times, checked app permissions. Problem occurred 3 days ago suddenly. Didn't try on other WiFi.

Every other application works. 

 

Update:

The Spotify app doesn't work at all, completely cooked this app is. When I was just listening through mobile data, it randomly skipped through the songs (a problem which occurred before, but whatever just a bug), it played only certain songs that aren't even downloaded and now it doesn't even says that it's offline.

I still have plenty of mobile data and everything else works.

 

Should I try factory reset? I feel like there isn't much else for me to do.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

 

On another note, is this only happening on your phone or on other devices as well?


Lastly, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update either of Spotify or the OS of your phone.
