No music showing up on daily mixes and playlist.

No music showing up on daily mixes and playlist.

So the day after my phone had a system update, my Spotify app stopped showing and music on playlist and daily mixes. On the playlist there are suggested songs but nothing happens when I press play. What is going on? Side note, my playlist and other songs are available on other devices just fine.

Hello 

From your description, it sounds like it could be an issue  with your device.

 

Let's try to go over some basic troubleshooting steps

  • clear app cache
  • restart your device
  • log out and back in
  • try a different network, if possible
  • remove the SD card and observe for changes
  • Turn off the VPN if you're using one
  • Perform a clean reinstall of the app, shouldn't clear your data or anything.

Also, do send screenshots so I can better understand what  we're dealing with

Lastly, can you confirm that's the only problem you have within the app?
