No offline devices, spotify says i have too many

I've reset my offline devices, but I can't sync my playlist. Spotify says i have too many offline devices. I've double checked, reinstalled, restarted my phone, checked forums. Can't get it to work.

Seems to be a problem again with the device page no longer available on spotify.com so you cant remove old devices.

Hey there @Strutsagget,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

With Spotify Premium you can only download offline music on 5 devices. If you're unable to download, it means you've reached that limit. No worries, start Spotify on a device which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings> Storage. Or you can manually remove the downloads by going to Your Library > Select the filter 'Donwloaded'' > Go to the playlist you want to remove > Select the green arrow > Remove. You can read more about the offline content here.

If you have any issues doing that, you can contact our Support team and they'll help you check.
