No playlists available in offline mode/unable to open Spotify without internet/mobile connection

 I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (and. ver 4.3).

Since update of Spotify in May (?) I have no playlists available in offline mode (seem to be downloading, but the next time I open Spotiy they are gone) and I am also unable to open Spotify without internet/mobil data connection. And, yes I have more than 2 GB of available space on the phone. This is annoying.

Have you tried completely removing Spotify and starting over?

Hi. It seems the problem was that my phone for some reason was listed twice under "Offline Devices". After having deleted the offline devices and downloaded the playlists again it worked like it should.....
