No sound with Android Auto USB after update

Hey everyone, 

I recently updated my Droid Turbo to 6.0.1, and now when I connect to my car via USB, the sound from spotify does not work. it says it is playing, but nothing comes out. I did not have this issue before I updated. If I connect via bluetooth, the sound does work. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it? I drive a 2016 Malibu, if that makes a difference
