No triple press for previous songs?

No triple press for previous songs?

I just bought an android device after my old iphone died.

Now on my Iphone the options for spotify would be as follows, if I pressed my headset button.

1 push: Pause/Play

2 pushes: Next song

3 pushes previous song/replay

on my android device it only works like this:

1 push: Pause/Play

2 pushes: Next song

Whenever I press 3 times, it just skips to the next song. Is this just my Huawei P9 or the coding for spotify in general on android?

Bump

This seriously needs some darn attention.

Triple press does not seem to be in the android specification so, if you really want it added, get in touch with Google. Alternatively, take a look at the third party headset controllers available in the Play store.

Yes it does, I used to do replay and previous song with the Poweramp android App

Poweramp has a setting for this and handles triple clicks itself. That doesn't make it a standard android feature.

If you work in software development you know that there's some time that you need to add something that the framework don't bring as is... In this case, handling the triple tap.
