Offline Downloaded Playlists Gone

I download my playlist and they are playing fine but by the end of the day I go on the app like usual and all my downloaded playlists are gone.

I uninstall my app. They do work for a while after that but the memory that took up the last time I downloaded and disappeared is still taken up and I have to uninstall and restart the phone for it to download the playlists again.

I went on my offline devices and the same phone is on it three times, all added the same day. I've tried removing all of them and unistalling/restarting but it doesn't work.
