Offline: Something went wrong. Try Again

My Question or Issue

For the past couple of weeks, every time I go offline I get this message. It says, "Something Wrong. Try Again". A blank black screen comes up with this message.  Every time, I try to switch to play another message that comes up. I've reinstalled the app several times. The problem seems to be getting worse.
