Offline content (Premium) doesn't work

Offline content (Premium) doesn't work

I have had problems with listening to music since I got Premium a few months ago. Offline content turns green (ok to listen to) or gray (can't listen to) even though I have redowloaded several times. And, the few songs I have been able to save to offline content I have had to download through 3G because it doesn't work with WiFi. I don't want to cancel my subscription and need help in solving this problem! 🙂 I'm scared to update my device and even more scared to download through 3G (what if it starts to do so automatically?) and I'll have to pay for the internet traffic??? Help!!!
