Offline mode files gets removed from SD card after opening app without/with different SD card

Solved!

Offline mode files gets removed from SD card after opening app without/with different SD card

Here are facts:
ASUS Zenfone 2 (Z00AD)
Stock 5.0
Spotify 6.5.0.1816
SD card's file system doesn't mount automatically on boot (cause is unknown, investigation still ongoing, but I don't think that's The problem).

Here's what happens:
I accidentally forget to mount SD card after full system reboot,
I launch Spotify,
I get logged out, turn on internet and get logged back in after reopening Spotify,
I notice that files are missing, so I mount the card,
Open Spotify settings, choose to use external memory, app relaunches,
Still no song available,
Memory settings say that an amount of memory is used,
Amount of used memory is lowering with time, meaning Spotify app could be removing them,
I'm mad, because I have to download 39 GBs of music with trashy internet connection again.

And here's my question:
Is there a way to make the app recognize already existing offline mode files after using it without/with different SD card?

If spotify is running while the SD card is unmounted, it won't find the cache so will create a new one in internal storage as if it was a fresh installation. This is why you are also being asked to log in.

Once the new cache has been created, the old cache on the SD card will no longer be recognised by the app and you'll need to redownload your music.

Thanks.

But are there any future plans to make the app recognise old caches?
