Offline syncing has stopped ... HELP

Offline syncing has stopped ... HELP

This has happened a few times before ..... any one with this?

 

playlist doesn't sync OR wont DL on your SD card

 

 

Description

 Offline syncing has stopped as there's no space left on this device

Example:

playlist doesn't sync

 

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

 

1. open spotify

2. Hit the "available offline" button

3. ERROR message

4. Offline syncing has stopped as there's no space left on this device

.

 

What I expected to happen

DL the songs

 

Did you restart your device when troubleshooting in section B?

Yes

 

Did you read the connection troubleshooting tips?

Yes  but cant not manualy delete cashe Using File explore Access denied....

looks like1.8 gig  spotify cashc internal  can not be deleted

Hi. Hmm first time I've seen a question about a device like this.

My technically this is not a phone or tablet so the specific hardware is not currently supported. I would recommend using the contact form to directly ask Spotify Support though.
