Only a few local files have downloaded - why not the rest???

I have downloaded my playlist for offline use - all spotify tracks downloaded fine and 3 local files.

However the remaining 30 or so local files did not and the playlist came up as download finished and the mmajority are still greyed out!

Why is this?

I have loads of room left and the mp3's all play fine on my dekstop - just greyed out on android. This is infuruating and I dont get why 3 would download but not the others

Any help would be great

Hey @JayD83,

Could you try removing them, and re-add the playlists again?

If that doesn't work, please get back to us with a screenshot and we'll take a closer look.
