Only downloading a few of my songs

Hi, I'm in Australia on a premium plan. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 7.

I have a playlist of about 190 songs, which was successfully downloaded previously, however now only 10 of the songs are downloaded, and no matter what I do, it won't download any more than that (the same 10 songs always). I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, I have deleted the audio files from my phone (as they were still showing there, but Spotify is not seeing them). I have plenty of space on my phone. 

If I hit download after clearning everything, it will download those 10 songs and ignore the rest.

Any suggestions, this is extremely annoying, as I am paying for this service, but can't actually use it on my phone..
