Only shuffle, no exact songs

A quite long time i have this problem and haven't found a solution yet (Hopefully you can help). If I click on a Playlist and want to listen to a specific song, but it only allows me to shuffle. I searched about a lot of things; I have an internet connection, i deleted and downloaded often, I tried it with new accounts, nothing helps. I tried it Spotify with  my Laptop as well... here it plays every song I want so that's a little bit confusing.. please help me, I'll get frustrated with my mobile! 😞

Hi, welcome to the community, and thanks for posting your question! It sounds like you are using the free version of Spotify, and one of the limitations is exactly what you described; you can listen to any song you like in any order on the desktop and tablet versions, but when listening on a phone, you're limited to shuffle mode and can only skip tracks 6 times per hour.

If you upgrade to Premium, you'll no longer have these limitations, plus there will be no more ads, and you can download music to listen offline.
