Oops something went wrong message

My Question or Issue

Whenever I search for a song or artist I get an error message saying "oops something went wrong, try again later" .... but this has been happening for weeks!

Why am I paying for a service I cannot fully use?

Thanks for reaching out! 

There could be different reasons why this is happening. Let's try several steps out:

1. Do a clean reinstall as described here.  
2. Restart device. 
3. Log out and back in again.
