My Question or Issue

The Spotify app currently has no option to pause while downloading. I live in a rural area that gets very poor network speed. In order to use my internet in a functional way, I would like to pause my Spotify downloads while retaining the use of the app for streaming music. This would require a way to disable the downloads without terminating the app process or terminating the internet connection to the device or putting Spotify in offline mode. Please implement a fix, or hire me and I'll fix your apps.

I know how to solve it, just add all the downloaded ones mid download to a new playlist, press the download button on that playlist so they save, and cancel the download on the original playlist and they all stay. Hope you find this!
