Pagamento sem minha permissão

Olá então eu paguei uma assinatura que foi o plano individual no dia 23 de junho e peguei ele de graça aí dps avisaram que assim que acabasse o plano ia fazer uma cobrança no cartão so o que aconteceu foi que quando acabou o cartão já pagou outro plano individual sem minha permissão

Just to be on the same page, you subscribed for a trial and when the trial ended you've been charged. If this is the case, that would be expected since your plan automatically renews at the end of the trial unless you cancel it. You can always check when you'll be charged next on your Account page. 

However, if what you meant is that you've been charged twice, for your plan and for a different one, it's possible that you have another account and you accidentally subscribed there as well. To check if you have more than one account on Spotify follow these steps. If you find it, you can cancel the subscription and close it to avoid any future mix ups. 

If that's not the case, check if your family or friends have used your payment info. If they have, they should cancel or change their payment method.
