Paid for premiun but nothing happened. HELP!

Hi! I paid premium for 3 months, (I still have the receipt incase you want proof). But then when I checked my phone, nothing happened. I can't download anything and the ads are still there. So I tried logging out, but when I was about to log in, the app doesn't accept my username/password. It said it was invalid. So I tried resetting my password and it was successful via website. So I went back to the app with my new password and it didn't accept it again. I tried uninstalling the app from my phone, and I re-installed it again but nothing happened. It still won't accept my username and password. PLEASE HELP.
