Part of offline playlist turn to gray

Hi, 

Hope this point was not previously repsond before. I've cherched but find nothing accurrate.

Here is my configuration :

- Spotify premium.

- My music is on a Sharecenter NAS.

- I managed playlist from my PC, link to the NAS by network cable.

- I have 2 smartphone Android, 1 tablet Android and 1 Windows Laptop, all connected by wifi.

- Spotify with 1 or 2 playlist offline on each wifi device (each playlist synchronised on 2 device max)

 My problem :

On wifi device some music turn to grey, and some not.

Always the same music and the same playlist.

I've tryed to resynch, and music is still avalable? But concerned title turn back grey after a period of time.

I'v tried to recreate play list but look the same.

Seems I miss something on Offline playlist management.

Any idea ?

Do you use offline on more than 3 devices in total? This is the limit, and the oldest synced device will be unsynced if you do use more than 3 devices.

Also, there is a 3,333 limit on the amount of offline tracks you can have per device.

Thanks for youre answer.

No, i'm only use 3 (Spotify disinstalled from laptop).

It look like if some song was available on Mobile device only when the spotify is up on the PC.
