I have bought Spotify Premium 0.99 TRY for 3 month. But in the second month, Spotify app warns me about my payment. But I already payed 0.99 TRY. How do I fix this?

I also have a similar problem. I have been paying 0.99 and now 9.99 but I DON'T GET ACCESS TO PREMIUM. How can I get premium or stop the payment? (By the way I went through all your recommendations in your support website.

I guess you have to change your payment method. Enter wrong card number or something else

It was done through PayPal.

Then change your PayPal card. Enter another card information and try again. Try to pay with wrong card.
